Iberostar Hotels and Resorts, the four star hotel continues further expansion in North America with the launch of its second US hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.

After an investment of 443 million the historic building was renovated and renamed as Iberostar Berkeley. It is located at 1610 Collins Avenue with close proximity to South Beach, offering high quality alternative for business and leisure traveler.


Enric Noguer, Iberostar managing director for the Americas was thrilled to launch the hotel in one of the hottest spots in the world. He mentioned that it was an ideal dwelling option with pristine beaches, vibrant culture, weather along with the excellent customer service and amenities.


The group constantly strives to serve national and international tourist to connect with the local community and its thriving cultural heritage.

The hotel boasts of 96 brand-new, luxuriously designed guestrooms, a lush Sun Deck Avenue providing a spectacular view of Collins Avenue. There is a signature restaurant BLT Steak to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner.


There is a fitness room, heated pool and a deck with lounge area. The housekeeping provides round the clock service bringing to the customer all the services.


There is a king and two queen size beds offered by the standard and deluxe room, a counter of minibar for snacking, onyx designer rain showers. There are comfortable work spaces with outlets and USB ports.


The brand intends to develop within the urban segment extending to a total of 15 in the next three years in key cities like Budapest, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, New York, Havana, Santo Domingo and Lima, among others.
