SACRAMENTO, CA—Twenty Four Seven Hotels expanded its portfolio with the addition of the TownePlace Suites Sacramento Cal Expo.
The hotel, owned by Seon Hee, Inc., has 117 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residential-style suites, offering 25% more space than traditional hotel rooms, according to the company. The hotel features In a Pinch 24/7 food/beverage pantry, complimentary breakfast, free WiFi throughout the hotel, outdoor pool, exercise room, on-site business services and complimentary weekday USA Today in the lobby. The hotel is pet-friendly and discounts rates based on length of stay.
TownePlace Suites Sacramento Cal Expo is within walking distance to Cal Expo and near the Sacramento Convention Center, The State Capitol and Arden Fair Shopping Mall.
The hotel opened in 2007 and is currently undergoing a public-space renovation.
This is Twenty Four Seven’s fifth Marriott-branded property in its portfolio. Newport Beach, CA-based Twenty Four Seven Hotels manages nine select service hotels with Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Starwood in the western half of the United States.
Last year, Twenty Four Seven Hotels managed the renovation of the Possibilities package at Residence Inn Phoenix, the H2O package at SpringHill Suites Boise, ID, and is currently managing the Refreshing Business conversion at the Courtyard Boise West/Meridian, ID.
