Official publication of the Agreement between EU and EUROCONTROL on enhanced cooperation

The Agreement between the European Union and the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation was signed by both Parties on 20 December 2012.
On 19 January 2013 the Official Journal of the EU publishes both the Agreement and the Council Decision authorising its signing.

The Agreement paves the way towards a strengthened and consolidated cooperation between the EU and EUROCONTROL. It confirms that EUROCONTROL supports the EU in the implementation of SES and related EU policies within the EU, and beyond the EU in those States that agree to be bound thereby.
